Jean Paul Ramalingum is co-founder, alongside his sister, of the Liliane and Roland Foundation. After completing his education in the financial industry in Warwick, England, he opted to work for the family business in his home country. His sister and himself took over the family business after their dad passed, and while doing so, his dedication to sports at a very young age led him to reach the highest level in martial arts, namely judo. Furthermore, as a basketball fanatic, he also won a few basketball competitions along the way. In the spirit of sharing his knowledge, he then teaches these disciplines to the youngsters. Jean-Paul is dedicated to his family and always ready to help others with a big smile. He is now a professional bowler and has found his new passion for golfing.
Pascale Ramalingum
Co-founder and Co-Chair of the Board
Pascale Ramalingum is co-founder, alongside her brother, of the Liliane and Roland Foundation. As a fashion graduate in Toronto, Canada, a business entrepreneur and pursuing a career in the legal industry; she is also a body-positive advocate, model, actor, and artist. She has been involved in many campaigns involving women’s empowerment; she has also used her social media influence to promote a healthy lifestyle and boost women’s confidence. As a business entrepreneur, working in the family business for more than a decade, she is a powerhouse when it comes to women in business, as she knows how difficult it can be to lead in a man’s world. Pascale has devoted her time to reading at the church celebration while giving lessons to catechumens and teaching French to others. In the spirit of contributing to the artistic world, she now serves as Vice Chair for Fineline Community, which is supported by OCAD University; it is collaborative entrepreneurship by fostering a learning community and platform cooperative where creatives can sell their work while developing skills to thrive in a just economy. Lastly, Pascale is also a sports addict; she works out regularly and takes classical and Latin classes.
Michael Nagapene
Chemical Engineer
As a chemical engineer, Michael Nagapene is known for his work ethic and his willingness to thrive through adversity.
His expertise in engineering, procurement, project management, construction, and quality management services led him to lead many projects in the African region and surrounding islands, namely Tanzania, Mozambique, Kenya, Zambia and Mauritius.
Michael is a proud father of four with two granddaughters. He has elected residence in Mauritius and in his spare time, he enjoys swimming, undergoing DIY projects and listening to music.

Passionate about helping others, Colin Anton leads a successful career in the food industry. Due to his exceptional multitasking skills, he has managed teams, overseen high-end product lines, implemented cost-saving procedures, and developed enduring connections with customers.
In addition, Colin enjoys business and spends his free time studying land development and multi-property management. Colin is committed to leading a healthy lifestyle and takes great satisfaction in exercising frequently to enhance his general well-being. Colin loves the Toronto Maple Leafs and plays hockey on a regular basis.
Colin’s fascination with cars also helped him to obtain a diploma in automotive technology. As a devoted spouse and parent, Colin periodically travels the world with his wife.
